The Marcus Empowerment Academy provides Hilltop youth and young adults with the tools to overcome systemic barriers and achieve their full potential. Our program focuses on: Financial Literacy: Teaching budgeting, saving, and credit building. Career Development: Connecting participants with mentorship, internships, and professional skills. Leadership and Life Skills: Building confidence, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
